About Me

Hi, I’m Jess (they/she). I’m a queer, nonbinary human with a passion for seeing magic in the mundane.

I define magic as a shift in perception. While sometimes we experience big sweeping magical changes, most of the time change happens from small, incremental, and consistent practices that help us connect to ourselves and others differently. I practice magic in the form of yoga, Ayurveda, astrology, tarot, time in nature, and more. I view healing as non-linear. It can be exhilarating, boring, insightful, annoying, and full of grief and other feelings. With commitment and accountability, we can face this process together and make real, long-lasting change for the better.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (license #092969) based in New York and I received my Master of Social Work from New York University. I am also a tarot reader and humanistic astrologer, which are topics I have studied on my own as well as with mentors and teachers for the past few years. While each of my offerings can stand alone and are unique, I bring the same core values to all of my work. I provide all of my offerings online, so we can meet anywhere with an internet connection.
